I am an Estate Planning attorney licensed in Texas and India.

Many Indian-American families have built successful lives in the United States but lack estate plans that account for responsibilities and assets in both countries.

I have seen too many families forced to navigate court systems in both countries and missing documentation during already difficult moments. In most cases, that stress could have been easily reduced with proactive estate planning.

Today, I work virtually with families across Texas to help with with their wills or trusts that address both U.S. and India-based assets. I also help Indian-American families with guardianship planning for minor children, and cross-border coordination.

I regularly share practical estate planning guidance for Indian-American families in Texas on YouTube and welcome fellow Chamber members to explore it as a resource for the community.
